Possibly not an especially relevant comparison but we all know retirement investing is really a property play and speaking of property its certainly not lost on me that industrial property, in particular GMT has easily outperformed all the retirement companies in the last 5 years and paid handsome dividends every quarter along the way ! I think its run its course now though...
Arvida will do okay going forward. Those new villages they've acquired are very nice and will give the company directors a good template to roll out going forward.
Building a fancy care centre in Queenstown with Otago shiest and cedar (to fit into the environment), won't be cheap though...
