The scheme semi locks in the senior staff to the company for the 3 years and seems a pretty good incentive for them to perform for all shareholders rather than just added personal bonuses.

Nice to see them take up the offer. Would be a negative sign if they didn't.

I,m in a quandary, bought a few AIR this morning @ 2.58 intending to offload my SCL to pay for them, now both are showing Northerly tendencies and I'm not sure which to hold.

Agree. Added again yesterday @ 3.30 which is very much higher than the original purchase.

I think Mr Market attributing a higher PE multiple for those agri stocks like SCL and SEK
