Last time the sp dropped there followed announcements of staff share purchases. Then it went back up pretty smartly. Draw your own conclusions.

Axe was kinda hoping this divy would be slightly higher. Maybe other investors out there had the same idea. Axe still hold SCL.

Staff purchases do not hold as much weight with Axe when they are purchasing interest free using company funds.
Not as much weight as on market purchases using their own cold hard $$$$$

SCL is one of the favourites for inclusion in the NZX50 next month. We saw a marked increase in the SP of CVT when it was included in the index recently with buying pressure from index tracking funds. Can't say for sure if this will repeat or not but there will be buying pressure if it is included, whether this is matched by further selling pressure is anyone's guess. (Not to be considered professional advice, DYOR)

SCL have had a great run of late.
It would appear the market has already factored in the update the company will give at their ASM on 8th June.
I think the market may be surprised, and shareholders very happy with the update.
Once we have this update, and outlook statement,we will then be able to focus on what we think the sp should/will be.
