Yes, it's interesting insofar as it discloses, if that wasn't previously widely known, that the NZ Super Fund was the beneficial owner of the shares that Direct Capital have sold to the Chinese interests. Disclosure is required due to the need to defer settlement slightly while OIC approvals are received. So no ongoing implications - providing OIC doesn't spoil the party, but that was always the case.
