Sadly X I cannot disagree.
Like is it purely because interest rates are seeming more attractive than the SM ?
Is NZ inc heading towards a long overdue correction regarding insane residential house price appreciation ?
As we all know we have the highest valued blah blah...the future may be bleak.
I have in recent times banked my dosh in the bank at 6 %.
