Which NZ banks offer Bpay?

If you have a trading account at DB its easy. Read my post #21 at http://www.sharetrader.co.nz/showthr...+rights&page=2 I used this method to buy my KZL rights a couple of months ago. For the others read the above thread (only 2 pages) ...it answers some of the problems and gives solutions.
