    Have bought DLA Environmental, a 15 year old business @ 3 times Target EBIT of $918,000. S/P 7.4c. Great growth/feel good sector to keep adding to.

    Yep good little acquisition for them, and they are paying the right price, If they keep that up they have a high chance of pulling things off.....I don't usually like debt funded acquistions but with interest rates so low it makes sense as on a risk adjusted basis the cost for debt if far lower than cost of equity in this current crazy world!
