Fair enough question but could be framed more diplomatically.
I have found from experience NOT to ignore the postings of anyone which alerts to potential and/or real problems with a company.
One 'new' poster was hounded out of the Pike River Coal thread for alerting to the shambles which was Pike River - many have reasons to regret their ignore and ignorance stance.

[QUOTE
Usually there is a form to fill in with all the pertinent details, and instructions on how to send the funds etc to the company.
Options were issued at time of rights issue, although I have never seen any forms. May have overlooked an email, can someone assist?

Options trading on the market have a habit of overwhelming the head shares (especially here when there are 1.24 billion on issue!).
Yes - but options tend to trade more especially when they are valued at 0.1c or thereabouts - so every 0.1c (lowest denominator allowed on NZX) = 100% movement!
BTW - whatever happened to the 20 to 1 consolidation which was supposed to happen after the right issue was completed?

Fact is old management left the building before the white elephant was commission so they can put as much distance between them and the fiasco.
Any hope of a higher level of integrity was dashed when the new guys purchased shares in the last issue with the inside knowledge Comvita were coming in as cornerstone.
We are now reaching even higher levels of dishonesty announcing the operation of a plant that isn't operational.
Its a step to far this time and there will be ramifications - and in 5 months from now we will be looking at a year end result which will be particularly ugly.

At the S Hers meeting they said that the cons will be done once there are more runs on the board ie sales !

That was postponed until further notice

Good decision.
Share consolidations can be disasters for stock liquidity and performances, unless the company is performing.

Just to make it clear Apathy, are you saying the Board and/or Management had certainty Comvita would become a cornerstone Investor in SeaDragon when they invested into the Company on 1 September (ie - before the agreement itself had been inked/announced to the market)? If so, can you please direct me to the evidence because if true, this is a serious concern which I am happy to take up (even if you are not).
The same goes for your other comment (in bold above).

First one is hard to prove but would be naive to think otherwise (the honesty track record isn't great) wouldn't have been an issue if they hadn't used it for PR purposes.
Second one is much easier to prove and it has been raised with appropriate authorities.
