I think with farmers prepared for a drought and getting some rain has made it a little easier to sleep at night.

I'm not so optimistic. SCL is in good shape and I am a happy holder. But there are too many negative minds out there at the moment (falsely negative imv) and they are swinging depressed action. The DJ is down again o/n because it suits certain interests to be so and all that crud is washing onto our beach the moment.
It's just going to take longer to realise positive gains, until the rest of the world gets off the psychiatrists couch, imo.
