"Shares in PharmaZen are traded through the Unlisted securities trading platform and McIntosh said the company was constantly assessing listing on the New Zealand Stock Exchange. "We'd like to generate profits of around $2m first, and to make it worthwhile you would also have to do a capital raising".

If I'm not mistaken both those milestones will have been achieved by the time they roll out their Dec 2019 results in late March / early April... As we also know, last year they improved their disclosure regime for directors share purchases / sales in line with NZX rules despite not being required to on the unlisted platform.

Listing on the NZX sometime in 2020 ?

Bid 29 cents with no major sellers...Hmmmmm
