The residential & building material divisions made heaps of money, squandered away by the commercial projects division and the overseas operations.

And if you are the manufacturer within part of this supply chain, it means you are selling everything you can make. This has to be fantastic for margins, both from an absence of discounting and plant operating efficiency perspective.
