This outfit may have a considerable number of new stakeholders .. they seem to like
placements rather looking after existing holders with rights issues, aside from
issuing $10 Mil in shares to the King Beester

It looks like existing holders run risk of a further bit of dilution out of this

IMO this outfit now will follow the chart of SKT look at what happened to that share after the fish heads off loaded their shares , I wouldnt want to be on board MEE when the music stops !!

Yup exactly. Back experienced management. Baker isn't going to screw over shareholders and keep driving this down. They will also want SP to rise before CR

Has anyone heard what type of capital raise retail holders are getting? I'm only holding the minimum so a rights issue wouldn't be good for me as I intent to fill my boots. The acquisition of King Bee looks like a good step.
