I won't be surprised if it is 2 bucks by end of this year or even end of Sep as you say. However, 1.7 is a short term target for me and I will buy back some when it go down to 1.6 or 1.65ˆˆ.
By the way, 260k quantity at $1.65 now should be removed now or will be consumed badly. You can't stop when the big boy want it go up

Bit of a bummer
EBITDA going to be about $120m
Just as well they have Rip Curl and Oboz else they would probably be broke by now
Might buy some if panic sets in and share price falls to 140 or less

Expect as well a long, very dry and hot summer over there - people will need great shoes to run from as well as fight the wildfires. This is where the great Oboz boots will help (highly recommended for firefighters and other emergency staff).
Cold weather in the southern hemisphere will no doubt direct Kathmandu Customers to their stores whenever they are not locked down - they just need this additional winter jacket - nobody wants to freeze or worse - wear some old out of fashion rug, don't they?
I see the recent lockdown news just as a very temporary blib, but yes, accumulating some more shares at a lower price point might be desirable.

SMH report said market expectations were for full year ebitda to be $183m
Kathmandu now say ebitda of about $120m (which includes. This includes $20m government subsidies
Seems guidance is more than 30% down
Lucky the share price hasn't tanked
Possibly as BP says the news is just a 'temporary blib'

Kathmandu has 15 stores in Queensland
Now in lockdown s well ...and things not looking to good up that way with a young unvaccinated quarantine hospital worker gallivanting around the state.
Another downgrade on way?

Jeez, you seem to flood the thread today with black sludge .... did bull got hold of your login credentials? Did you short KMD and are now desperate to close your shorts? ... or do you just want to annoy people?
I guess it is quite easy to find out what impact lockdowns do have on the revenue ... just look into last years numbers. Short lockdowns don't seem to make a huge difference.
Obviously - whatever happens with Covid in Australia is impacting on all "non-essential" retailers, i.e. maybe you want to dangle around while you take the p!$$? Diversity is good :
