This is good stuff as well “increased the wage rates for our in-store hourly-paid team by 6.4% from May 2021” Probably because minimum wage rate increased by 5.8% on April 1st and they just maintaining some relativity with that

That’s a super pay rise!! Year on year raises like that and we will have a flood of inflation. Or did BGP not give pay rises last year due to covid and this is catch up?
