Lol - good track TG! 30 bagger for me - incl a few forex gains.

Been a rocky ride but in the right direction overall!

Not sure about taking profits though. Had I done it to date I would've regretted it.

NVDA have double since I sold out of them - I'm just not smart enough to pick highs and lows!

I never fully sell a position/ usually just enough to pay off Margin and keep some profit for a rainy day, but yeah good on you ,I wouldn't be surprised if there was more to come this week/ closing on a high for the week usually set's up for another good week.

Also sold some call options so technically didn't really own those shares of TSLA just the contract's.

Following in the same pattern as 2019/ doubling compacity in 22/ @ 93x2022 EPS TSLA / SP still cheap even after current run.

PT 1400 mid late 2022.



That's ~ 27% increase in SP/I doubt my real estate portfolio is going to increase in that value, most likely 5 to 0% growth coming for NZ property in 12 months y.o.y
