I think some discussion has to be had - my thoughts 1st 2nd 3rd - wooded spoon.

Yes more than happy to change the Prize pool payout for 2019 add in a 3rd and wooden spoon .. put your vote forward either stays the same 1st(90%) -(10%)runner-up

    I'm guessing along the lines of 1st -80% 2nd-10% 3rd-5% woodenspoon 5%

personal I like the basic 1st - runner up format

Also don't forget only donators can win any of the prize pool

10x guys have donated so far will get names up soon

quite often in competitions there is a random element to it, maybe a smaller prize to a lottery winner.
one thing we should do though is, amongst us, decide on a way of distributing prize money fairly early on in the year then writing it down as an addendum to the rules. it neednt be hard and fast from year to year.

Not sure about a prize for wooden spoon, maybe for the biggest individual stock rise for the year, with the highest placing entrant winning it if more than 1 has selected.

    Otherwise 70/20/10 for 1st, 2nd, 3rd - sounds fair, thoughts?

I agree with either 1st and 2nd, or include third as suggested by Shasta. No cash prize though for the wooden spoon- maybe they get a certificate for trying their hardest??
