KKR were quite keen in 2020 which they confirmed - but gave up after it's SP ran. who knows if they'd have any interest now though.
Very interesting. My experience dealing with the FMA with their very limited budget is they only take legal action when they think they have a VERY strong case.

Craigs has PPH ...after many many years a small cap as Broker's Pick ...must have seen it as multi bagger chance ...Worth a small punt at these prices ...its a reasonable company and making money with decent future ...under valued at these prices ...IMO

They reduced major stake at higher levels ...now have negligible holding of appox 1.4% I reckon ...But I am told company doing alright ...should not be at these levels ...may get re rated up after May results . At least Craigs think so ...me concur
